NEW CLIENT FLASH BOOKING

✦ This form is for new clients wanting to join the waitlist to book a flash appointment. Any time I have availability for new clients, I will get in touch with folks that have submitted a form here. Number of appointments I have available any given month will fluctuate.

***Based on current number of submissions, new submissions will be offered appointments around fall/winter 2025***

Requests for weekend appointments may take longer as these are the most in demand.

✦ Please note this form is only for booking appointments for flash (pre-drawn designs), not custom work. All available designs can be viewed in the “flash” highlight on my Instagram, @natpowertat.

✦ After sending a form, you will receive a copy of your answers via email. I will send a quick reaction within the week to let you know I received your form. Please only send one form per person. If you change your mind on design details, you can let me know when I contact you to set up an appointment - no need to notify me before then. 

✦ Responses will be sent in waves every other month depending on the open spots I have available. Appointments are usually scheduled 1-2 months in advance of actual appointment date. There’s an option on the form to let me know if you’d like to be notified for short notice availability if I have cancellations or schedule changes.

✦ Available appointments will be offered based on order of submissions received. Some exceptions for instances where a request best fits in the schedule or if you’ve requested a specific month, which I will try my best to accommodate. (If you request December or January right now, I probably won’t be able to get you in then because I have low availability for those months right now.)

✦ Once I send a follow up to schedule, I’ll ask you for a response within 48 hours - we can: 1) set an appointment, or 2) you can tell me if you’d rather wait for a later month, or 3) if you change your mind I can remove you from the waitlist. If I don’t hear from you within 48 hours I will remove you from the waitlist, but will happily add you back on if you request so later. No deposit is required to join the waitlist.
